Long Island MacArthur (Islip) airport is about a 20 minute taxi ride from ferries in Bay Shore, Sayville, and Patchogue. The taxi from the airport to the ferries is around $45. Southwest and US Airways service this airport. For more information on the airport:

Seaplane
