Fire Island is loosely split up into three distinct areas.
Ferries from Bay Shore service communities of Kismet, Saltaire, Fair Harbor, Dunewood, Lonelyville, Atlantique, Robbins Rest, Fire Island Summer Club, Corneille Estates, Ocean Beach, Seaview, Ocean Bay Park, and Point O’Woods.
Ferries from Sayville service communities of Sailors Haven-Sunken Forest, Cherry Grove, Fire Island Pines, and Water Island.
Ferries from Patchogue service communities of Davis Park (including Leja Beach, Ocean Ridge) and Watch Hill.
