The Pine Walk Fair is this Saturday July 4th in Fair Harbor. All kinds of goods will be on sale, from arts and crafts to clothing and art merchandise. Come one, come all, its a great event with a lot of unique Fire Island related merchandise. Last year there were dozens of merchants and hundreds of visitors from all over Fire Island. If you are coming from distant communities, contact Fire Island Water Taxi for taxi information.

We’ve heard that the “Le Dock Burger” at Le Dock in Fair Harbor, Fire Island is out of this world. Le Dock has revamped their menu and we are excited to try out their new offerings. The Le Dock Burger consists of a beef patty, with chipotle mayo, as well as prosciutto. It sounds great. We will have reviews once we try it! We’ve also heard that there are other new dishes that are to be had, so we will give you the full report once we try the new menu items out.
